NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Oil resumes climb as nat gas gains

HOUSTON, March 13, 2019 (PCW) — April NYMEX crude futures settled up $1.39 at $58.26/bbl. May Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased 88 cents at $67.55/bbl. The May Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $8.96/bbl favoring Brent.

Prompt natural gas futures were up 3.6 cents at $2.820/mmBtu. April NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.8568 gal, up 4.13 cpg.

April gasoline differentials were mixed versus Tuesday’s level.

The 3-2-1 crack spread in the Gulf Coast was $13.62 bbl, $8.00 bbl under the screen. – John Troland
