US nonfuel use propylene supplies rise for first time in 11 weeks
Houston, March 15, 2017 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories gained 76,000 bbls (3.2%) to 2.447 million bbls for the week ending March 10, the Energy Department reported today. It was the first inventory build reported since late December, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. However, propylene stocks are 963,000 bbls (28.2%) below the 52-week average of 3.410 million bbls. US Gulf refinery utilization fell by 2.9 percentage points last week, to 85.9%. -- David Barry
