NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline close week with slight gains
HOUSTON, March 17, 2017 (PCW) — April NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.03/bbl to $48.78/bbl. May Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.06/bbl to $51.77/bbl.
The May Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $2.46/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 4.6 cents at $2.948/mmBtu. April NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5989/gal, up 0.47 cpg.
April gasoline differentials were stronger versus Thursday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 13.25 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was up at 13.00 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 1.50 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 rose to 1.75 cpg over the screen.
BOB was stronger at 1.00 cpg under the screen.
he 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.63/bbl, $5.48/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
