NGL exports falls 6.5% month-on-month in February: EIA data
HOUSTON, April 29, 2016 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids exports fell about 2.51 million barrels to 36.109 million barrels in February compared to January, according to EIA data released Friday.
Propane/propylene exports led the pack at 25.644 million barrels in February, down 1.196 million barrels from January. Ethane/ethylene exports fell 413,000 barrels month-on-month to 2.197 million barrels in February.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
Butane/butylene: 1.646 million barrels, down 1.189 million barrels from January
Isobutane/isobutylene: 159,000 barrels, down 8,000 barrels from January levels
Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 6.464 million barrels, a 302,000 barrel increase
