NGL exports up 16.7% month-on-month in January: EIA data
HOUSTON, April 4, 2016 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids exports rose about 5.53 million barrels to 38.614 million barrels in January compared to December, according to EIA data released Monday.
Propane/propylene exports led the pack at 26.84 million barrels in January, up 3.574 million barrels from December. Ethane/ethylene exports rose 625,000 barrels month-on-month to 2.61 million barrels in January.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
Butane/butylene: 2.835 million barrels, up 427,000 barrels from December
Isobutane/isobutylene: 167,000 barrels, unchanged from December’s levels
Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 6.162 million barrels, a 901,000 barrel increase
