NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Oil little changed close to $36, natgas drops
Houston, April 5, 2016 (PCW) -— May NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.19/bbl, to $35.89. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.16 to $37.87. The June Brent/WTI spread widened at $0.76/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 4.4 cents at $1.954/mmBtu.
May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.3778 pg, down 0.08 cpg.
US Gulf cash gasoline differentials ended mostly lower versus Monday’s levels.
A2 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 23.25 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 23.25 cpg under the screen.
D2 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 1.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 decreased to 1.50 cpg over the screen.
RBOB was steady at 13.50 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.65/bbl, $7.08/bbl under the screen. -– John Troland.
