NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline open week with losses
HOUSTON, April 24, 2017 (PCW) — June NYMEX crude futures settled down $0.39/bbl to $49.23/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX was down $0.34/bbl at $51.63/bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread widened to $2.40/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 3.5 cents at $3.066/mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6214/gal, down 2.31 cpg.
May gasoline differentials were mostly weaker versus Friday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was softer at 14.00 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was down at 8.75 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 4.50 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 fell to 9.75 cpg over the screen.
BOB was stronger at 3.00 cpg under the screen.
he 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $12.65/bbl, $5.47/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
