NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, nat gas close week with gains; gasoline stumbles again
HOUSTON, April 28, 2017 (PCW) — June NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.36/bbl to $49.33/bbl. June Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.51/bbl at $51.82/bbl.
The June Brent/WTI spread widened to $2.49/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 3.7 cents at $3.276/mmBtu. May NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5480/gal, down 0.20 cpg.
May gasoline differentials were mixed versus Thursday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was stronger at 12.25 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was lower at 7.50 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was higher at 7.50 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 was up at 12.25 cpg over the screen.
BOB was weaker at 2.25 cpg under the screen.
