HDPE natural scrap bale prices fall
HOUSTON, May 12, 2016 (PCW) -- HDPE natural (dairy) scrap bales were done Thursday at 40 cpp FOB southern US for truckload business, down 2 cpp from week-ago highs.
Prices are up by 10 cpp or 32% from the start of the year. A shortage of plastic dairy scrap in parts of the eastern US was cited as a main reason for rising bale prices.
