US nonfuel use propylene supplies drop for second week

HOUSTON, June 1, 2017 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories fell by 65,000 bbls last week to 3.033 million bbls, the second straight weekly decline, the Energy Department reported today. Propylene inventories have dropped for four of the past ten weeks, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization last week gained 1.2 percentage points to 97.3%.
