NYMEX Friday Wrap: Crude, gasoline close week with gains; nat gas softens
HOUSTON, June 16, 2017 (PCW) — July NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.28/bbl to $44.74/bbl. August Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.47/bbl at $47.33/bbl.
The August Brent/WTI spread was widened to $2.36/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 1.9 cents at $3.037 mmBtu. July NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4548/gal, up 1.91 cpg.
July gasoline differentials were stronger versus Thursday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was up at 10.25 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was higher at 7.25 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 2.25 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 rose to 5.25 cpg over the screen.
BOB was higher at 2.00 cpg under the screen.
