US nonfuel use propylene supplies climb for second week
HOUSTON, June 21, 2017 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories edged up 8,000 bbls last week to 2.807 million bbls, the Energy Department reported today. Propylene inventories have shown very small gains for the past two weeks, and have increased in seven of the past ten weeks, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. Inventories are 368,000 bbls (11.6%) below the the 52-week average of 3.175 million bbls. Meanwhile, US Gulf refinery utilization last week was off 0.6 percentage point at 95.8%.-- David Barry
