US nonfuel use propylene supplies slip

HOUSTON, June 28, 2017 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories remained rangebound last week, falling 9,000 bbls (0.3%) to 2.798 million bbls, the Energy Department reported today. Propylene inventories are 368,000 bbls (11.6%) below the 52-week average of 3.166 million bbls, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. US Gulf refinery utilization last week fell 2.1 percentage points to 93.7%. -- David Barry
