NGL stocks 5.5% lower in April, propane stocks at 10-month lows: EIA data
HOUSTON, June 30, 2017 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids stocks fell 284,000 barrels to 4.874 million barrels in April compared to March, according to EIA data released Friday.
Propane/propylene stocks fell 299,000 barrels in April to 1.898 million barrels, a level last seen in July 2016. Ethane/ethylene inventories fell 223,000 barrels month-on-month to 815,000 barrels in April.
Other NGLs’ stockpile data is as follows:
· Butane/butylene: 1.091 million barrels, up 309,000 barrels from March;
· Isobutane/isobutylene: down 118,000 barrels from March to 561,000 barrels;
· Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 509,000 barrels, up 47,000 barrels from March.
