NYMEX Tuesday Wrap: Crude, nat gas, gasoline extend gains
HOUSTON, July 11 2017 (PCW) — August NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.64/bbl to $45.04/bbl. September Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.49/bbl at $47.52/bbl.
The September Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $2.29/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were up 11.8 cents at $ 3.047 mmBtu. August NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.5183/gal, up 1.76 cpg.
August gasoline differentials were steady to stronger versus Monday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was steady at 8.25 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was up at 4.25 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was stronger at 3.75 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 was up at 11.00 cpg over the screen.
BOB was firm at 1.75 cpg under the screen.
he 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $13.51bbl, $4.63/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
