US nonfuel use propylene supplies decline
HOUSTON, July 12, 2017 (PCW) -- US nonfuel use propylene inventories dropped 83,000 bbls (2.9%) to 2.823 million bbls for the week ending July 7, the Energy Department reported today. It was the fifth decline in the past eight weeks, according to the department's Energy Information Administration. Propylene stocks were 327,000 bbls (10%) below the 52-week average. US Gulf refinery utilization last week climbed 1.6 percentage points to 96.7%.
