NGL stocks rise 10.4% in May: EIA data
HOUSTON, August 1, 2016 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids stocks rose 612,000 barrels to 6.51 million barrels in May compared to April, according to EIA data released late Friday.
Propane/propylene stocks rose 156,000 barrels in May to 2.455 million barrels. Ethane/ethylene exports rose 178,000 barrels month-on-month to 1.626 million barrels in May.
Other NGLs’ stockpile data is as follows:
Butane/butylene: 1.426 million barrels, up 261,000 barrels from April
Isobutane/isobutylene: down 29,000 barrels from April to 399,000 barrels
Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 604,000 barrels, a 12,000 barrel decrease
