NGL exports fall 19% in June: EIA data
HOUSTON, August 31, 2016 (PCW) -– Natural gas liquids exports fell 8.074 million barrels to 34.311 million barrels (1.14 million b/d) in June compared to May, according to EIA data released Wednesday.
Propane/propylene exports fell 5.437 million barrels in June to nearly 22.27 million barrels (742,000 b/d). Ethane/ethylene exports fell 509,000 barrels month-on-month to 2.414 million barrels (80,467 b/d) in June.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
· Butane/butylene: 3.252 million barrels (108,400 b/d), down 1.346 million barrels from May;
· Isobutane/isobutylene: up 60,000 barrels from April to 151,000 barrels (5,033 b/d);
· Pentanes plus (natural gasoline): 6.226 million barrels (207,533 b/d), an 841,000 barrel decrease.
