NYMEX Wednesday Wrap: Crude gains, RBOB slips
HOUSTON, August 9 2017 (PCW) — September NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.39/bbl to $49.56/bbl. October Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.37/bbl at $52.69/bbl. The October Brent/WTI spread widened $2.97/bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 6.1 cents at $ 2.883 mmBtu. September NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6200gal, down 0.0008 cpg.
September gasoline differentials were mostly higher versus Tuesday’s levels.
2 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 8.00 cpg under the screen.
BOB 87 was higher at 3.25 cpg under the screen.
2 CBOB 93 premium was higher at 8.50 cpg over the screen.
BOB 93 was higher at 13.00 cpg over the screen.
BOB was steady at 0.75 cpg under the screen.
