NYMEX Thursday Wrap: Crude continues to inch up; nat gas falls below $3

HOUSTON, September 22 2016 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.98/bbl to $46.32/bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.52/bbl to $47.45/bbl.

The November Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $1.13/bbl favoring Brent. Prompt natural gas futures were down 6.7 cents at $2.990/mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.4018/gal, up 0.28 cpg.

 US Gulf cash gasoline differentials were stronger versus Wednesday’s levels.

The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $11.38/bbl, $1.91/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
