NYMEX Monday Wrap: Crude opens week with gain, RBOB drops
HOUSTON, September 11 2017 (PCW) — October NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.59/bbl to $47.48/bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.01/bbl at $53.79/bbl. The November Brent/WTI spread narrowed $5.17/bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were up 6.0 cents at $ 2.950 mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6345 gal, down 1.31 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were mostly lower versus Friday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was higher at 13.50 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 87 was lower at 13.50 cpg over the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was down at 37.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was lower at 3.25 over the screen.
RBOB was down at 14.00 cpg over the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $21.73 bbl, $0.36/bbl over the screen. – John Troland
