July NGL exports up 7.4%, ethane loadings set new record: EIA
HOUSTON, September 29, 2017 (PCW) – Natural gas liquids exports rose 2.737 million barrels to 39.482 million barrels (1.27 million b/d) in July compared to June.
Propane exports rose 1.678 million barrels in July to 23.939 million barrels (772,226 b/d). Ethane exports were at an all-time high of 6.218 million barrels (200,581 b/d) in July, up 2.632 million barrels month-on-month to. Butane exports came in at 3.665 million barrels (118,226 b/d), down 964,000 barrels from June.
Other NGLs’ export data is as follows:
· Isobutane: up 13,000 barrels in July to 91,000 barrels (2,935 b/d);
· Natural gasoline: 5.57 million barrels (179,667 b/d), a 620,000 barrel decrease.
