NYMEX Friday Wrap: Oil inches up, nat gas drops 1 cent
HOUSTON, September 29, 2017 (PCW) — November NYMEX crude futures settled up $0.11/bbl at $51.67/bbl. November Brent at the close of the NYMEX increased $0.11/bbl at $57.65/bbl. The November Brent/WTI spread narrowed to $5.97/bbl favoring Brent.
Prompt natural gas futures were down 1.0 cents at $ 3007 mmBtu. October NYMEX RBOB futures closed at $1.6065 gal, down 2.53 cpg.
October gasoline differentials were lower versus Thursday’s levels.
A3 CBOB 87 regular was lower at 2.50 cpg under the screen.
CBOB 87 was down at 2.25 cpg under the screen.
D3 CBOB 93 premium was lower at 12.25 cpg over the screen.
CBOB 93 was down at 12.25 over the screen.
RBOB was lower at 2.75 cpg under the screen.
The 3-2-1 crack in the Gulf Coast was $10.54 bbl, $8.49/bbl under the screen. – John Troland
